Yes,, in our design process we looked at this point specifically and extended the transom step to allow good access from the dockside. The bottom step (swim platform area) is extended aft of the side coming, and the 1370 hull shape is such that the transom is quite wide, keeping the boat closer to the dock than on some of our smaller models that have more curvature to the topside above the transom steps.
