Yes – in fact it can be controlled from anywhere. The anchor windlass has a switch panel at the port helm, and a wired up/down remote is now included as standard in the Seawind 1370. That means you can control the windlass from the foredeck. As standard, there is an up/down switch at the port helm. If you select the windlass chain counter option, the standard helm control is replaced with higher spec control & counter.
