No – the standard winches are from Lewmar, and all Lewmar (cruising) winches are single speed including the upgraded electric winches. To be accurate, they are variatioble speed. Essentailly they run fast when under low load, and then under high load, slow down and deliver more torque.
If you want two speed winches, you can upgrade to the Harken Radial winch package to achieve 2-speed performance.
