The 1370 has two underbench mount stainless steel galley sinks:

The logic of this configuration is to have one large sink suitable for all cleaning, washing etc including large pans and plates. The second sink is then used more typically for rinsing washed plates or sinply when you want to save on water for smaller jobs.
This is the same configuration, dimensions and orientation that we use on our flagship model, the Seawind 1600 (per below image).
