This summer, the sunny South of France welcomes you to an incredible marine expo – La Grande Motte International Multihull Show. 2019 will celebrate 10 years of organizing this event. A simple concept that this boat show was built around was: showing multihull boats afloat, in an exclusive manner and a dedicated place.

2018 La Grande Motte International Multuhull Boat Show

Reported by the boat show organiser, “in 2018, 14,000 visitors from around the world were able to discover a very wide range of catamarans and trimarans with sails and engines in the harbour in La Grande Motte. The many new products on display for the first time made this ninth edition a huge success. Specially reorganised for this event with the addition of around half a mile of pontoons, the port in Occitanie pulled off the amazing feat of exhibiting sixty multihulls.”

Which model from Seawind Catamarans will join the boat shows?

Seawind 1160 and Seawind 1260 will be displayed in the Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show 2019. The SAIL Magazine Best Boats award 2017 called the name of our Beauty Seawind 1160 Lite for its small cruising catamaran. The stylish new interior design complimented by several new innovations really turned heads and generated strong interest in the new 1160 package.

The Queen Bee Seawind 1260 has just won the 2019 Cruising World Boat of the Year. Three words sprang to mind when a first look at it was made. Refined, Refreshed and Reliable. The Seawind 1260 has been a benchmark in medium sized cruising cats since the launch about 10 years ago of the original 1250 and there wasn’t too much that needed changing on this world cruising cat.

Meanwhile, the stage at the La Grande Motte is only for the Lady Seawind 1600 to rock. Designed by world renowned naval architects Reichel Pugh, this 52 foot luxury catamaran is the perfect balance of cruising comfort and performance sailing. Using high end composite construction materials and techniques, the Seawind 1600 is pitched at the sailor who is looking for something a little extra.

Let’s see how she conquers the sea in this video!

We hope to see you there!
