After a very busy month of detailing, testing and fine tuning, the Seawind 1600 production team today celebrated the successful factory launch of Number 1 in the new Seawind 1600 range.

From here the team will be completing the commissioning and rigging before heading offshore for a week of sea trials. She will then be put through a sea crossing to Singapore, being captained by the 1600 project manager and master shipwright Mark Waller. This will give the team an opportunity for a thorough shakedown before we hand over the yacht, now named Northstar to her happy owners.Over the coming days as the rigging is completed and as testing progresses, we will continue to release updates of our new flagship vessel.
